The First 30 Days Online for a New Dallas or Irving Headquarters
Dallas–Fort Worth produced $55.9 billion in company exits this year and ranks second in the country, behind the Bay Area, according to the Dallas Business Journal’s September 24, 2026 report on Deloitte’s figures. In the same two weeks, Intangles opened a U.S. headquarters in Las Colinas and Ireland’s H&MV Engineering put its North American headquarters at 3131 McKinney Avenue, aimed at data-center and power work along I-35. The companies arriving do not need a startup-costume website. They need a presence that looks like a headquarters in the first month, in English and in Spanish if they will hire or sell here.
Quick answer: In 30 days, ship a site that says who you are in Dallas, what you do, how to reach the local office, and how a customer or a candidate takes the next step. Add one system behind it: leads and applicants into a record you own. Leave the chatbot tab and the twelve-page brand book for later.
- DFW exits: $55.9 billion this year, second nationally, reported September 24, 2026.
- New offices are opening in Irving and on McKinney while local fuel costs are squeezing everyone else.
- The first month is identity, contact, proof, and a working inquiry path.
Week one: say you are here
Publish five facts and nothing decorative. Legal name, Dallas or Irving address, what the office does, the parent company, and a phone or form a person answers. Put the city in the first sentence. A headquarters that hides the address looks like a landing page someone spun up on the flight in.
Claim the Google Business Profile the same week if customers will visit or search the office. Categories, hours, and a photo of the actual door. A stock skyline reads as “not here yet.”
Week two: prove the work
One page on the offer this office sells, and one page on proof: a project, a number you can defend, or the team that is actually in the building. H&MV’s story is power and data centers. A software firm’s story is the product and the customers who will take a meeting in Las Colinas. Write it so an answer engine can quote it. The citation playbook is the standard. A paragraph of mission language will not be the paragraph Google lifts.
If you hire here, the careers page is a product page. Role, city, and how to apply. Candidates searching “jobs in Dallas” will not decode a global nav that buries the office.
Week three: one system, not a stack tour
Every inquiry goes to a place the Dallas lead can see the next morning. That can be a CRM you already run. It should not be a personal inbox and a spreadsheet that diverges by Friday. This is the same owned record local advertisers are being pushed toward, for a different reason. Platforms will keep changing how a click is counted. The form on your domain will not.
If the office needs an assistant, put it on that form: qualify the company size, the city, and the ask, using a model that is only allowed to use your pages. The September price cuts make that affordable. They are not a reason to launch a public bot that answers for the whole corporation. That choice is covered in what the cheaper models are actually for.
Week four: the things people forward
A one-page PDF or a short page a board member can text. Who we are in Dallas. Who to call. What we are here to do this year. Match the visual to the company you are, not to a template with a skyline and a violet button. InterGlobal’s own work is web design, apps, and AI systems. Yours should be as specific.
Spanish matters if your buyers or your crew are in DFW and live in Spanish. A translated homepage with no local phone number is not a market. A real page with the Dallas offer is.
What can wait
An app can wait unless the Dallas office has a workflow that a website cannot do: field crews, a customer portal, a booking system with your inventory. A brand film can wait. A twelve-tool marketing stack can wait. The office cannot wait on a URL that still says “coming soon” while a competitor’s page already names the city.
InterGlobal builds that first month for companies opening here: the site, the profile, and the system that catches the inquiry. If you also sell to the service businesses watching fuel prices, the local findability work is a different page. This one is for the company that just got the keys.
